This image is of the four phases of the program consideration process.  Phase one involves reviewing data and implementing interventions at the local school.  Phase two involves collaborating with center staff.  If the student makes adequate progress, the team will continue to work within phase one and two. and not move into phase three.  Phase three involves preparing for an IEP.  Phase four involves the local district holding an IEP meeting where programming is determined.
